Terms of Usage
Users must use Airform in accordance with this agreement. Any activity that disrupts the operation of the service, misleads other users, or attempts to circumvent technical controls constitutes a violation of these terms. Airform reserves the right to restrict access to its services, in whole or in part, if such violations are detected.
Airform operates on an anonymous usage model. Users can access and respond to forms without creating an account or providing personally identifiable information. Users who wish to receive notifications or subscription updates may register with an email address.
Access to subscription and notification services is free. Email addresses provided for these purposes are stored securely and encrypted and are used solely to deliver updates regarding subscribed content. Email information is not shared with publishers or third parties.
User Rights and Obligations
Users may respond to forms anonymously. Each user may submit a response to a form only once. Submitted responses cannot be modified or retracted.
Content Liability
Airform functions solely as a service provider. It does not review or verify the accuracy, legality, or compliance of form content created and shared by users. Airform is not responsible for any disputes or claims arising from the content of forms or response options.
Privacy Policy
Airform is committed to user privacy and does not require the collection of personal data. User responses are processed anonymously and are not associated with any individual. Data is used exclusively for service provision, system integrity and statistical analysis.
Cookie Policy
Cookies used within Airform are limited to technical data that does not include personal information. Cookies support session management, security and proper service functionality. Device-based identification is applied solely to prevent multiple responses and misuse.
Data Storage and Security
Airform applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data. Data is stored anonymously and only to the extent necessary under data minimization principles. Information will not be used for tracking, profiling, or commercial purposes.
Service Update and Termination
Airform reserves the right to modify services and update this agreement without prior notice. Any changes take effect from the date of publication. The most recent update date is listed at the end of this document.
Effective Date
This agreement is effective as of March 24, 2026.
